Courseware Basics
Using the Glossary
Press G or click Glossary from the Tools page to open the glossary in a separate window. You can minimize the glossary window so that you can refer to it at any time.
Click a letter at the top of the glossary to view terms beginning with that letter.
Answering QuestionsAfter answering a question, click

Exiting a Course
To exit a course, click Exit. You will return to the list of available courses. The next time you choose the course from the course list, you will return to the page where you exited.
Skill Assessment
Skill Assessment gives you the opportunity to answer questions, chosen at random, about the topics covered in the course. You can take the Skill Assessment as often as you like.
To access Skill Assessment, press A or click Skill Assessment on the Tools page.
Interpreting Your Scores
To view your current scores for a course, press S or click Scores on the Tools page. Your scores are also displayed at the end of the Skill Assessment.
The Scores table shows your scores for the current course and its Skill Assesssment. Move your mouse over this scores table to view information about each part:
Exercises
Some courses contain exercises that allow you to practice a procedure in the actual application being taught. You need to have the application installed on your PC. Open the application, and size the application window and the course window so that you can view them simultaneously.
